The Bar – Restaurant “Blarney Castle” is located in the main heart of the town. In a street near the Harbour, banks, shops. The beautiful beach is only 5 minutes drive (Resort of Praia da Rocha). The current owners’ goodwill and advice during the transitional period is guaranteed. We will assist you as you settle into the business, advise you and - if required - retain an agreed presence in the bar to ensure that the transition goes smoothly and unnoticed by the public at large. The Blarney Castle is a ground and first floor building with no other apartments above. The downstairs area is approx. 100 sq. ft. and comprises, a fully equipped kitchen with all the elecries, cutlery, 2 toilets both Female and Male available. The bar is separated from the loduge area, the loduge area will sit 24 seating and an open esplanade, that seats 28 at the moment, but can take more tables outside.
There is a separated entrance to the upstairs and also from the lounge are Downstairs to the 1st floor. The upstairs has an open roof, covering the building with the same area as downstairs which is 100 sq. ft. This also comprises 3 rooms at the present moment, 2 rooms are being liveable and the third one is used as a pantry. If you decided to expand the building you can think about using the roof,which would also seat a further 30 people.
This building leads to two streets were there is also the entrance to the bar, where more tables can be put outside.
